Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with AHA corporate partners and selling one of our major events, the New Orleans Heart Walk. Responsibilities Include: . Setting and meeting aggressive fundraising goals . Securing corporate sponsorships . Recruiting and coaching volunteers and committee members . Interacting with corporate leaders . Qualified candidates will have a BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience. 1+ years prior outside business-to-business sales and/or fundraising experience. Must be an effective communicator and have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Preference to be given to those with prior professional fundraising experience and/or knowledge of the local business market.
